Mortar & Pestle/Chopping Bowl & Mezzaluna combo?

I recently saw a mortar and pestle set (in a black stone of some nature) that when flipped over was a wooden bowl to be used with a mezzaluna chopper. The wooden bowl acted as base for the mortar and vice versa. It was a lovely set, but I’ve since lost who made it! Does anyone know who would make such a convenient and lovely device? The pestle and mezzaluna rested in the bowl when the pieces were not in use.

Thank you very much!

Edit: The mortar was stone, as was the pestle. The mortar and pestle half had NO wooden parts. The chopping bowl was the only wooden part (besides maybe the handle on the metal mezzaluna). The whole contraption looked like an hour glass, with the bases of the mortar and chopping bowl joined at the bottoms.
